Wash your hands regularly

Stop touching your eyes, nose and mouth
Your hands touches too many surfaces and possibly pick up viruses. Once your hands contaminated, you can potentially transfer the virus to your eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash your hands after touching something, especially in a place that you visit.
Practice the best respiratory hygiene
To protect others, make sure you covering mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose the tissue immediately. You need to do this because many viruses spreading from droplets, like flu, and cold.
Seek medical care as soon as you can if you have fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. This will protect you and help prevent spread of viruses and other infections.
